Kelly Fanning

Kelly is a principal of Bellwether Analytics.

Kelly has more than 20 years of experience in the health care, spanning both the insurance and clinical side of the industry.  In each of her roles, Kelly has built and led teams to driving change.   She is known as a passionate, collaborative, and hard-working leader, whose operational competencies and capabilities have driven results in various key strategic initiatives.

Most recently, Kelly worked as a leader at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston.  In her leadership role, Kelly used her strategic thinking, operational expertise, and team-oriented leadership approach to improve patients’ access to and experience in the health care industry.  During the recent pandemic, Kelly led multi-disciplinary teams to develop and sustain an effective COVID-19 response with the launch and management of COVID testing, vaccinations, and outpatient therapies. 

Professionally, Kelly is motivated by working with teams to solve problems that aim to optimize the delivery of health care for our patients, staff, and clinicians.  She uses her leadership ability and strategic thinking along with her operational expertise to achieve goals on small and large initiatives. 

Personally, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and two strong daughters.  Kelly is motivated by being outdoors and active with her family.  She is incredibly proud of her career, but even more proud of her family and continued focus on raising strong, kind girls. Kelly holds an MBA from the Simmons College School of Management and a BA in English from Colby College.
